SOURCES SOUGHT - The 99th Contracting Squadron at Nellis AFB, NV 89191 is seeking commercial sources interested in providing the following Non-Personal Services at Nellis Air Force Base, Nevada for the 2009 Air Show (14-15 Nov 09, with a practice event on 13 Nov 09, being a full flying practice/Media Day and Nellis Appreciation Day), the contractor(s) will be required to provide the following services:

Logistics requirements to include:
(1) General/ Public Tents.
(2) Public Information Tents.
(3) Open House Stage and Public Sound Systems.
(4) Crowd Control Bicycle Fencing
(5) Portable Generations:
In accordance with the attached Statement of Work.
Interested vendors may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the requested services in writing to the identified point of contact not later than 12:00 PM (Pacific Daylight Time) on 16 October 2009. Such capabilities/qualifications shall be evaluated solely for the purpose of market research. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the government. Oral communications ARE NOT acceptable responses to this notice. Sources shall include in their information: statement of capabilities and qualifications to perform the requested services, point of contact information, company name, business size and cage code.

This request for information/sources sought notice shall not be considered as a solicitation and does not obligate the Government to pay for any information submitted or for any costs associated with providing information.
