BROADCAST SYSTEM SERVICES: The requested services shall be performed in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS).

All responsible sources may respond to this issuance. The North American Industry Code for this service is 518210 (Data Processing, Hosting, and Related Services).

Interested vendors may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the requested services in writing to the identified point of contact not later than 11:00 AM (Pacific Standard Time) on 30 June 2010. Such capabilities/qualifications shall be evaluated solely for the purpose of market research. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the government. Oral communications ARE NOT acceptable responses to this notice. Sources shall include in their information: statement of capabilities and qualifications to perform the requested services, point of contact information, company name, business size, and cage code.

This request for information/sources sought notice shall not be considered as a solicitation and does not obligate the Government to pay for any information submitted, or for any costs associated with providing information.
