The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) intend to make a Sole Source award to NEC Corporation of America, 1830 Market Place, Suite N, Fulton Maryland 20759 for technical support related to cabling and equipment services for certain telecommunications systems deployed at PBGC involving moves, adds, and changes.

The intent is for PBGC to continue services with NEC Corporation without any disruption. The Period of Performance is October 1, 2013 to September 30, 2014. 

This is not a Request for Quote, but a Notice of Intent. An RFQ will not be issued.Interessted parties may submit their capabilities statement for the required services to [email protected] no later than September 27th at 12:00 PM EST.

Responses received will be evlauated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete thie proposed procurement is solely within the Government's discretion.  

Furthermore, the Government will not reimburse for any costs connected with providing the capability information.
