A Pre-Bid Meeting and Walk-Through will be held at the South Omaha RC, 6929 Mercy Rd, Omaha, NE at 10:00 am on 5/26/2022. This Pre-Bid Meeting and Walk-Through is not mandatory for all Bidders. Proposals must be submitted to the Construction & Facilities Management Office, Nebraska Army National Guard, 2433 NW 24th Street, Lincoln, Nebraska 68524 before 1:30 pm on 6/23/2022 and then opened publicly and read aloud at 2:00 pm. This is a MILCON Project that includes all labor, equipment, tools, materials, travel, and licenses for construction of an approximately 95,000 square foot, two story Readiness Center for the Nebraska Army National Guard. The new facility includes, but is not limited to architectural, structural, civil, mechanical and electrical, security, and telecommunication and fire protection trades. The building includes the following spaces: offices, classrooms, storage areas, kitchen, service bays, assembly hall and other ancillary spaces. This project is being rebid under State of Nebraska contracting procedures and was previously bid but not awarded by Federal contracting. Owner Estimated construction is 720 days from the Notice to Proceed Letter.
