SOUTH UMPQUA SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 19 NEAL LANE REAL PROPERTY Bids due 12:00 pm, November 3, 2020 INVITATION TO BID The South Umpqua School District Board of Directors seeks to dispose of real property located off of Neal Lane in Myrtle Creek, Oregon, and invites the public to submit sealed bids with a MINIMUM BID PRICE OF $495,000.00. Bids will be evaluated based upon bid price, conditions, desired closing date, any applicable developer qualifications or prior experience, and other relevant factors. The District reserves the right to reject any and all sealed bids without explanation and continue to solicit acceptable offers until a bid has been accepted or this solicitation has been closed.
