This will be a Sole Source effort to Lockheed Martin (Cage: 98897). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this effort will be 541330.  This will be a time and material acquisition to perform a Visual Inspection on Fifty (50) Royal Saudi Arabia Air Force C-130/L-100-30 Aircraft Center and Outer Wings for Defects.  The contractor shall also perform a close visual inspection on Ten (10) assigned aircraft of the center wing box and outer wing areas. The Contractor shall also perform a visual and Eddy Current Inspection. The projected length of the Evaluation shall be limited to 120 days from evaluation start date to completion of tasking.The contractor will be required to travel in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to King Abdullah Air Base, in the city of Jeddah, Prince Sultan Air Base, in the city of Al Kharj, and RSAF Headquarters, in the city of Riyadh.  The Approximate issue date will be 14 Feb 2011 with an approximate response date of 14 March 2011.
