A Pre-Bid Conference and walk-through is scheduled for 10:00 am; Tuesday, February 11, 2025. All interested Contractors are to meet at the front entrance of – Omaha Correctional Center, 2323 Avenue J, Omaha, Nebraska 68110. Sealed bids will be received by Nathan Bornemeier, Engineering Administrator, in the Conference Room "E", Department of Correctional Services, Bldg. 1 Folsom and West Prospector Place, Lincoln, Nebraska, until: 2:00 p.m. Thursday, February 20, 2025 The Work of this Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: 1. The project includes the roof replacements of two (2) housing unit buildings at the Nebraska Department of Corrections – Omaha Correctional Center. The buildings each have four separate flat roof areas. The area of roof replacements totals approx. 8,300 S.F. on each housing unit building (plan area). A printed copy of bid documents including all plans and specifications can be obtained upon receipt of a non-refundable payment of $40.00, made payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. Any addenda may also be printed on request for an additional cost depending on number of pages and sizes. *An OBE Non-Cash Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of purchasing a set. Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued. If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $35.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. Printed bid documents do not need to be returned, as there is no deposit to be refunded. You may return bid documents if you wish, and we can recycle them for free.
