This is a Pre-solicitation notice. The Social Security Administration (SSA) requires a contractor to provide NCOA Link processing (commercial mail list processing) of SSA's Master Beneficiary Record (MBR). We intend to negotiate a competitive Firm-Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract. The resulting contract will have a 5-year period of performance. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 518210. The size standard for this NAICS code is $25 million. The procurement will be conducted under full and open competition as a small business set-aside. SSA will utilize the procedures in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items, and Part 15 - Contracting by Negotiation. SSA intends to post the Request for Proposal (RFP) on or about Wednesday, October 10, 2012. The RFP will be available for viewing on the Government-wide Point of Entry website, Federal Business Opportunities or "FedBizOpps" (www.fbo.gov.) HARD COPIES OF THE RFP WILL NOT BE MAILED. Potential offerors are responsible for accessing the FedBizOpps website to check the status of this requirement and keep current with any amendments. Interested parties must respond to the RFP in order to be considered for award in any resulting contract. The RFP solicitation number will be SSA-RFP-13-1014.
