The role of the NCO is to translate strategic guidance and goals from higher leadership to day-to-day tasks and ensure the tasks are executed by the Airmen they supervise - a managerial mindset. Offeror to provide in-person training for our non-commissioned officers (NCOs) (enlisted personnel in their first leadership role) that goes beyond the managerial mindset and focuses on inspiring and empowering the Airmen to execute the mission with less micromanaging. The leadership training should include:
