Naval Criminal Investigative Services (NCIS) intends to award a sole source purchase order to INDENTICARD SYSTEMS per FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source. The organizational requirement is for the purchase of credential related supplies with special artwork and custom modified product that is specific to NCIS and it needs (NCIS-1, CH.30). The determination not to compete the requirement will be at the sole discretion of the Government.
