The Vendor agrees to provide Sierra Joint Community College District a Multi-Function Live Fire Prop Services for the Nevada County Campus (NCC) Fire Training Center (FTC), as described herein: The Vendors agrees to design, fabricate, install, and train staff to use a one (1) story, multi-functional live fire training prop. The prop will be fabricated from intermodal shipping containers and used for teaching firefighters to fight live interior fires. The prop will be subject to intense heat, active fire, and heavy smoke; thus, this structure is not a permanent building but is designed for degradation and eventual replacement. Vendors shall provide all materials, labor, equipment, tools, taxes, and fees to complete this project per Scope of Work, Specifications and Visual Overview.
