For additional information regarding the technical specifications please refer to the attached Statement of Work (SOW). The requirement is for a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for the application of Non-Conductive Ceramic (NCC) Coating on a variety of outboard submarine connectors (connectors) as described in the SOW. The actual volume will be dependent upon need. The maximum ordering capacity of the BPA shall be a total of $240,000 with a period of performance of five years running from 2018-2023.
PSNS & IMF requires the application of NCC Coating on a variety of connectors as described in technical manual NAVSEA S9320-AM-PRO-30_MLDG Rev. 3.
The NCC Coating shall be applied at the vendor's location.
It is anticipated that a Request For Quotation (RFQ) will be issued prior to September 2018.
It is anticipated that an award will be issued prior to October 2018.
