The purpose of this Amendment is as follows:

1. Provide answers to vendor questions. See attachment 1 to Amendment A0001.

2. Section E.2 PROPOSAL INSTRUCTIONS, Paragraph 1. INTRODUCTION is revised to now read:

The Offeror’s proposal shall be submitted electronically by the date and time indicated in the solicitation to the Contract Specialist directly, via email at [email protected] and Contracting Officer at [email protected] in the files set forth below.

The Offeror’s proposal shall consist of three volumes. The Volumes are I –Technical, II – Price, and III - Solicitation, Offer and Award Documents and Certifications/Representations. The use of hyperlinks or embedded attachments in proposals is prohibited.

WARNING: Please do not wait until the last minute to submit your proposals! Late proposals will not be accepted for evaluation. To avoid submission of late proposals, we recommend the transmission of your proposal file 24 hours prior to the required proposal due date and time. Please be advised that timeliness is determined by the date and time an Offeror’s proposal is received by the Government not when an Offeror attempted transmission. Offerors are encouraged to review and ensure that sufficient bandwidth is available on their end of the transmission.

3.  The Quote due date of December 15, 11:00 Eastern Time is changed to December 19, 11:00 AM Eastern Time.

The Contractor shall provide kiosk enclosures that are defined in PWS Section 5.2. The Contractor shall also provide kiosks enclosure delivery, installation, maintenance and warranty. In addition to the required maintenance as defined in PWS Section 5.4, all kiosk enclosures and services shall include the standard commercial warranty for a period of no less than one year.
