Provide NBIS (20 feet long and greater) and Non-NBIS (less than 20 feet long) inspection and analysis on state owned bridges and culverts in the Carbon, Monroe and Schuylkill Counties including in-depth inspections on selected structures. The agreement amount will vary depending on the actual number of structures involved. Inspections will cover four (4) full fiscal years starting in July 2024.
