NAWCAD Webster Outlying Field (WOLF) Air Traffic Control & Landing Systems (ATC&LS) Division, has been tasked to procure Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Common Automatic Recovery System (UCARS) hardware components, through a 12 month Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Delivery Order (DO) under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N68335-19-G-0013 with Sierra Nevada Corporation (SNC), 444 Salomon Circle, Sparks, NV 89434, CAGE 8X691. SNC, as the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of the UCARS, is the only source with the requisite knowledge, technical experience, and production-level data to produce UCARS Tracking Systems without extensive and costly reverse engineering efforts.  The Government intends to procure the above items under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), FAR 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
