Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Webster Outlying Field (WOLF) Air Traffic Control & Landing Systems (ATC&LS) Division has been tasked to procure a redesigned servo amplifier assembly in support of Naval Air Systems Command and Naval Supply Systems Command Shipboard Air Search Radar (AN/SPN-43C) requirements.  The Government intends to procure the servo amplifier assembly through a 16 month Firm Fixed-Price contract with BAE Systems Technology Solutions & Services, Inc (BAE), CAGE 99789.  BAE, as the Original Equipment Manufacturer, is the only source with the requisite knowledge, experience, and technical expertise produce the required servo amplifier assembly.

The Government intends to procure the above items under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), FAR 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.  A determination by the Government, not to open the requirement to competition based upon the responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.  Responses must be received within 15 days of publication of this notice.  The Point of Contact is Lauren Clemmens, [email protected], (240)-577-5835.
