2. This notice has been posted IAW FAR 5.101(a)(2) and FAR 5.101(a)(2)(ii).

3. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a response to this notice by returning the attached Request for Quotes (RFQ) form to the point of contact of this notice.  If the completed RFQ is received prior to the close of this notice and considered acceptable, the responsible source will also be considered for award.
