NAVAIR Lakehurst intends to procure ONE (1) portable Spectroradiometer System for field & shipboard use that will: (a) measure the spectral radiance/irradiance of light emitting devices within "interface" spaces aboard ship (i.e., compartments with windows to the outside world); (b) measure the spectral radiance/irradiance of visual landing aids on a ship's flightdeck or an airfield and interior ship compartments such as Well Deck, Hangar Bay, and Vehicle Decks; and (c) measure the spectral radiance/ irradiance of ambient illumination of starlight, moonlight (various phases), astronomical twilight, nautical twilight, civil twilight, dawn/dust, floodlights, and visual landing aids. The Government will award one (1) fixed-price contract to the company quote that represents the best value to the Government.
