The purpose of this sources sought synopsis is to identify capable, qualified small businesses to provide Nature Backfile Online Journals for West Point, NY. Potential qualified sources shall meet size classification standards under NAICS code 519130. Interested offerors shall demonstrate, in a qualifications statement that it can provide this supply or supply similar to this brand name. This is a sources sought announcement and NOT a request for technical or cost proposals.

The Mission and Installation Contracting Command, United States Military Academy, West Point, NY (MICC-West Point) is seeking sources for the following items:

This procurement is for the backfiles of a journals for which the USMA library currently subscribes. Backfiles are electronic/digital copies of prior issues of each title. They will be searchable, both in the library, and remotely, once the user is properly authenticated. Nature is a journal for which the library should have a complete run. USMA Library currently owns the backfiles from 1997 to present; this purchase will complete the run.
