The U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Service (USCIS) intends to seek quotes from firms interested in providing facilities for Naturalization ceremonies for approximately 2000 applicants and guest for the USCIS Office of Naturalization. For a facility to be considered for this requirement it must be located in the Miami Dade County area, the details of which are included in the Statement of Work. Questions on this solicitation are due no later than 6/23/08 at 1:00 p.m. and the quote submissions will be due to the Contracting Office by email or fax not later than 12:00 pm Eastern on 6/24/08. Any quotes or submissions of any kind received in any form of media will not be accepted after the afore mentioned date and time. The distribution of this solicitation will be accomplished primarily through the General Services Administration's (GSA) Federal Business Opportunity (FEDBIZOPPS) web site http://www.fedbizopps.gov. The FEDBIZOPPS site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed through the FEDBIZOPPS site.
