The U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Service (USCIS) intends to seek quotes from firms interested in providing facilities for Naturalization ceremonies for approximately 2000 applicants and guest for the USCIS Office of Naturalization. For a facility to be considered for this requirement it must be located in the Miami Dade County area, the details of which are included in the Statement of Work. Quote submissions will be due to the Contracting Office by email no later than 12:00 pm Eastern on 11/05/08. Any quotes or submissions of any kind received in any form of media will not be accepted after the afore mentioned date and time. The distribution of this solicitation will be accomplished primarily through the General Services Administration's (GSA) Federal Business Opportunity (FEDBIZOPPS) web site http://www.fedbizopps.gov. The FEDBIZOPPS site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed through the FEDBIZOPPS site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the GSA site to assure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition.
