Purpose: The Carroll County Board of Commissioners is soliciting proposals from interested and qualified firms to provide and deliver natural gas to the various departments and buildings under the direct control of the board. There are currently 26 active accounts in Carroll County with possible new locations coming onboard in the upcoming years. See the list of account numbers in paragraph IV. The period for this quote will be 1 January 2021 through 31 December 2021 with an option to quote on a two year term. Interested bidders should quote both a fixed price and a variable price option. Service shall be in accordance with all local, state and federal regulation, codes and regulations governing this type service. The County is exempt of all federal, state and local taxes, including excise tax.
