The NATO International Staff Procurement Service will hold a Pre-Solicitation Conference to familiarize potential bidders about the upcoming opportunity to serve as the move contractor responsible for relocating NATO Headquarters to its new site across Boulevard Léopold III in Brussels, Belgium.

The conference will take place at the current NATO Headquarters in Brussels, Belgium on 01 July 2014.

Participation in the pre-solicitation conference is not mandatory. Firms that do not participate in this event will remain eligible to take part in any eventual sourcing process.

To attend the pre-solicitation conference, you must first register with NATO as a vendor:

All attendees of the pre-solicitation conference must be nationals of a NATO member nation. Nationals of non-NATO member countries will not be allowed to participate.
