Project 01S03081 (Functional Services for Command and Control of Maritime Operations) under the Functional Services for Command and Control of Operations Capability Package (CP) 9C0107 is currently being initiated. This project is intended to provide an Initial Operational Capability (IOC) of the Maritime C2 capabilities TRITON to all NATO Command Structure (NCS) headquarters and centers, including JWC, JFTC, as well as to NCSA, NATO CIS training centers and sectors, and national command centers consistent with the outcome of NCS reform.

In support of the project, NC3A has initiated a market survey with the purpose of gathering information from governmental organizations and industry in support of the development of a suitable acquisition strategy. The purpose of this market survey is to gather information to benefit from industry expertise and experience to consolidate the project approach.

The information collected as a result of these initiatives will help NC3A to further develop and improve the project, particularly with respect to project approach and risk identification and mitigation.

Any prospective participant who declines to respond to this market survey will remain eligible to take part in the subsequent acquisition process.

There is no formal registration procedure for firms interested in taking part in this market survey other than the submission of a complete questionnaire according to the instructions and dates specified. Attached as Annex B is the questionnaire to be completed by participants. Before completing the questionnaire, participants are encouraged to read the project overview in Annex A, as well as instructions set at the beginning of the questionnaire.
