The Naval Information Warfare Systems Center (NIWC Atlantic) Charleston, SC 22140 has a
requirement for the NISBS system groom and training support services in the attached
Performance Work Statement Draft. This action is to complete market research to determine
whether there is adequate interest for this requirement. This notice is only for the purpose of
identifying potential small business sources. The Government intends to award a firmfixed price
contract to SAIC, Inc. for this requirement. This is a notice of intent and is not a request for
competitive quotes. Quoters are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to
this notice. The Government will not pay for information received in response to this notice.
