The Space and Naval Warfare Center, Atlantic Charleston, SC 2214 has a requirement for the
NISBS system groom and training support services. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed
price contract to SAIC for the requirements listed below will satisfy agency requirements. SAIC is
the sole repairer and holds proprietary rights. If you are an authorized please provide a capability
statement that states quoter is an authorized reseller or distributor. The contracting officer will
verify quoter is an authorized reseller or distributor. The Government will accept quotes from all
responsible sources with the capability to provide the NISBS system groom and training support
services. Quotes are due to Charlotte Campbell, Contract Specialist, NIWC Atlantic by 3:00 p.m.
Eastern Standard Time, 11 August 2021. The Government reserves the right to process the
procurement on Sole Source based upon the responses received. The Government will not pay for
