Seattle City Light (SCL) is seeking a multi-disciplinary consulting team to assist with and provide implementation planning, design and engineering services, permitting and regulatory review, and construction oversight and management services for a Native Salmonid Conservation Program (NSCP) hatchery. The NSCP conservation hatchery project is a required Protection, Mitigation, and Enhancement (PM&E) measure of the new FERC license granted for the SCL Boundary Dam hydroelectric project (FERC #2144). This is a highly complex project, and entails the need for expertise in project management, hatchery design and engineering, fisheries science, regulatory review and permitting, and construction management and oversight. Respondents should be prepared to demonstrate their experience and qualifications in each of these specific categories.
