The National Science Foundation, Division of Acquisitions and Cooperative Support intends to award a competed GSA Schedule task order in the support the National Survey of Recent College Graduates. This task order will contain other direct costs (ODCs) in excess on the micro-purchase limit. These ODCs are for postage, phone service, messenger and shipping costs Incentive and Survey Respondent payments and travel. All of these are non-severable from this task order requirements.
