Abstracts and Proposals are being requested as a part of the Topic Announcements. Please refer to the attached Topic Announcements for Abstract and Proposal due dates.  

Interested parties should continue to monitor this announcement, HM0476-20-BAA-0001, for additional information and release of future topics.

The BIGR BAA General Solicitation, HM0476-20-BAA-0001 is amended 31 July 2020 to provide administrative revisions to contractual terminology, Abstract Submission Instructions and section numbering.

TOPIC 1 - Topic 1 has been posted to the ARC website at https://acq.westfields.net/. Interested vendors will need to register for an account to get access. After logging into the ARC proceed to NGA -> NGA Efforts -> BIGR BAA -> and click on the Topic 1 tab at the top. All due dates are listed in the Topic 1 announcement.

TOPIC 1 Posted Here: Topic 1 has now been posted to the BETA.SAM Website for ease of access for contractors. The information displayed here is the same information that is displayed at the ARC site.

Revision 2 to the BIGR BAA solicitation is being posted. Revisions are in red text. If you are a proposer on Topic 1 please pay special attention to the addition of Provision 52.204-24. This will need to be filled out and returned with your proposal. Also please see the resume information under proposal preparation Part VII.

Revision 3 to Topic 1 – Modeling the Path to COVID-19 is being posted to change proposal due date to 16 September 2020.
