PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The Natick Soldiers Systems Center (NSSC), has identified the need for repairs within two conference rooms at the NSSC, building 3 R101 and building 4 D0002. The contractor shall provide all labor, material, and equipment necessary to perform all work, purchase and installation. Requirements include removing, replacing, and installing carpet; patching and painting walls, trim, and doors; removing and replacing light switches, outlet plates, and electrical covers; add circuits as needed and verify electrical load per circuit/plug; hook-up Connectrac Products and run HDMI/Cat-5 cables; install mounted lettering and signs.
