This is Amendment #2 to the Request For Proposal (RFP) entitled Support for Atmospheric Sciences, Modeling, and Data

Assimilation II (SAMDA II), Solicitation 80GSFCR0021, which was posted on July 27, 2021. The purpose of this Amendment is

to stay the closing of the RFP, indefinitely delay the proposal due date, and notify potentially interested parties of the pendency

of an Appeal of the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code designated. The Notice & Order is attached.

An amendment will be issued following the decision of the Appeal to address changes to the RFP, if any, and establish a new

closing date.
