The project site is located at 2210 Napa-Vallejo Highway in Napa, California. The scope of this project is for preliminary grading and site preparation for the Napa County Replacement Jail Project. See section 01 10 00, Summary of Work, Part 1.5 for detailed description of the scope of work. The Engineer's estimate is $2,300,000. The Contractor shall possess a Class A or B license at the time of contract award.
