This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

The solicitation number for this requirement is IHS1396348. The solicitation is issued as a Request for quotation (RFQ).

The Navajo Area Office has a requirement for Access Control and Intrusion Alarm services. All services are to be performed in accordance with the attached Scope of Work.

Place of Performance: Navajo Area Office, 262 Hwy 264 IHS Complex, St. Michael’s, AZ.

The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition. Quotes shall be submitted on company letterhead stationery, signed and dated. Quotes must include the following:

1. Solicitation number
2. Name, address and telephone number of the offeror and emailed address of the contact person
3. Technical description of the item being offered
4. Fee schedule
5. Completed copy of FAR 52.212-3, Representations and Certifications (MAR 2020)
