Provide all plant, labor, superintendence, materials, tools, equipment, supplies, incidentals, and other ancillary items necessary, as identified in these Contract Documents, in order to complete the Nansemond Parkway/Wilroy Road Overpass improvements to the limits shown on the drawings and in accordance with all specification, terms, conditions, and drawings herein.
