The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Svan Cleve & Associates located at 7910 Andrus Road, Alexandria, VA , for the acquisition of NAGRA Audio Collection products. In accordance with FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii), vendors that feel they can meet the Government's requirements detailed above may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency. The Government anticipates the award of a firm-fixed price purchase order. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
