The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items or services necessary to perform the management and operation of a Commercial Travel Office (CTO) at Patrick Air Force Base, Florida. The objective of commercial leisure travel services is to provide state-of-the-art travel services at the lowest price available. The NAFI expects the Contractor to consistently achieve the highest standards in delivering quality services to customers. The Contractor is required to develop an effective approach to marketing its services. The NAFI expects the Contractor to retain and, where possible, expand the customer base by offering the most economical and convenient services available.
