This procurement will be on a competitive basis using simplified acquisition procedures. No formal solicitation package will be provided.

Interested firms should identify their capability in response to the requirement via email prior to the closing date to the primary point of contact listed. Responses should contain the Contractor's name, cage code, address, phone number, primary point of contact, and a brief statement identifying their capability to meet the requirement.

All contractors seeking an award must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database.  Firms who elected not to complete the Trade Agreements Certificate and Buy American Act provisions must submit information pertaining to these provisions with their capability statements. Contractors not registered will not be eligible for award of a Government purchase order.

In accordance with NAVAIR clause 5252.232.9513 Invoice and Payment (WAWF) Instructions (NOV 2006), contractors must also be registered in the Wide Area Workflow Receipt and Acceptance, Invoice and Payment System to be eligible for an award.
