The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific) hereby
publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate, and award a Commercial Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis with Hottinger, Bruel & Kjaer, Inc. The requirement is for the purchase of the following:

Printed Circuit Board Assembly
Manufacturer: Hottinger, Bruel, & Kjaer, Inc.
QTY: 1

The current PCB assembly recently went inoperable and requires replacement. The PCB assembly is part of a larger control system that specifically controls the amplifier for the vibration tables signal generation. The replacement unit must have the backwards compatibility to integrate seamlessly with the control system and produce the same control signals. HBK is the OEM of the vibration table control system and all related parts -
including the PCB assembly.

A determination by the government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the government. However, all responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The applicable NAICS Code is 334418 and the business size standard is 750 employees.
