Notice of intent to extend the period of performance of contract N65236-98-D-5822 with TEXCOM, Inc. for engineering support services and materials, including facilities, management, administrative, logistics, and training support for Navy Communications Programs, which is comprised in all or in part of Telecommunications, Radio Frequency, Integrated Communications and related systems. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. The period of performance extension will be issued for six months for the period 1 April 06 through 1 Oct 06 with no increase in the contract ceiling. The period of performance extension will allow the government the time needed to complete an award of the follow-on effort currently synopsized on FedBizOps under solicitation N65236-05-R-0618.
