This is a notice of intent to issue a sole source modification for software engineering services in support of the FBI's Investigative Data Warehouse (IDW) project to Chiliad Publishing, Inc., Amherst, MA under contract N65236-04-D-6191. This modification consists of the proposed contract ceiling increase of approximately $2 million and an extension of the period of performance through 21 APR 2006.
