Notice of intent to increase the ceiling of contract N65236-03-D-5121 with Canadian Commercial Corporation (Valcom) for communication antennas in support of shipboard and shore applications for communications and data. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. The estimated ceiling increase amount is $500,000. The ceiling increase is necessary to sustain coverage until a follow-on effort can be awarded.
