The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Keyport intends to issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for 50 each, Depth Sensor Assembly Printed Circuit Boards (25 panels of 2 boards per panel); 40 each, Depth Sensor Assembly Printed Circuit Boards (20 panels of 2 boards per panel) and 70 each, Depth Sensor Assembly Printed Circuit Boards (35 panels of 2 boards per panel). The government anticipates award of one (1) firm fixed price type contract. The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) rating for this requirement is DO-C9E. Applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 334412 and has a size standard of 500 employees. Offers shall be FOB Destination pricing to NUWC Keyport, WA 98345-7610. Requirements and evaluation procedures will be listed in the solicitation, which is required to be completely filled out and returned prior to the solicitation closing date and time. It is anticipated that solicitation N00253-14-T-0487 will be available on or about 5 November 2014. The solicitation closing date is anticipated to be 15 days after the issuance of the solicitation package. The actual date and time will be identified in the solicitation.

Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice.
