SOURCES SOUGHT ONLY: This is a Sources Sought request for information to be used for market research purposes, only. The Government is conducting market research to assist in determining the appropriate solution to meet the Government's requirements. The Government is seeking responses from all businesses capable of providing the solution or has knowledge of the industry. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE or PROPOSAL. Responses to this announcement are not considered quotes or offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Responses will not be used for evaluation in any resultant solicitation for this requirement. The Mission and Installation Contracting Command at the United States Military Academy, West Point, NY, has a requirement for an Access Control System that is compatible with the existing access control system that is currently deployed at West Point: The Hirsch Velocity Access Control System. Scope of Work includes both furnishing all equipment and parts as well as providing installation.

The Government has identified the 1 each of the following parts as meeting the above requirements: Velocity Software, version 3.1 R3; Hirsch MGMT Sys 7 - WIN7U & XP Mode; DIGI*TRAC MODEL 2N2 - 2 DOOR-115VAC; SCRAMBLESMARTPROX - HID; SUPERVISED BALANCED MAG SWITCH - LM3; CARD READER-HID ICLASS/PROX/PIV-WS; SURFACE MOUNTING BOX; MOUNTING BOX EXTENSION; SOFTWARE ENROLLMENT STN - UNIVERSAL; CONTACT ENROLL - SCM USB; EMERG EXIT PUSHBUTTON, SQUARE GREEN; and LOCK POWER SUPPLY.

Respondents shall provide a full description of their capability to meet the anticipated requirement including other possible solutions. Feedback on this requirement is encouraged.

The anticipated NAICS is 561621 with a Small Business Size Standard of $19.0 Million.

All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Please review the requirements listed below. At a minimum, the package shall address the following:

1. Title of the requirement, Company Name, Address, and POC.
2. Company profile to include DUNS number/CAGE Code, and a statement regarding current small business status to include small business type(s)/certification(s) such as: SDB, 8a, HubZone, SDVOB, etc.
3. State the delivery time
4. Full description of proposed solution including proof of compatibility and compliance.
