This announcement is to HUBZone and 8(a) Business concerns that may be interested in performing a contract for the Mid-Pacific Region of the Bureau of Reclamation. The Bureau intends to issue a firm fixed price contract to reburbish existing designated HVAC equipment, including, but not limited to fans, louvers, and dampers. Provide new HVAC equipment, including, but limited to: fans, louveers, dampers, control equipment, heat exchangers, heater, filters and pump. Firms believing they can provide this services must provide written notification to the Contracting Officer with supporting evidence to that effect in sufficient detail to demonstrate the respondent's ability to meet the stated requirements. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Inquiries will be accepted by email at [email protected]. Responses should include the firm's Dun and Bradstreet number (DUNS) and Tax Identification Number (TIN). This acquisition is reserved for small businesses if there is adequate interest. Firms should identify business size (i.e. small business, other than small business, etc.) in accordance with the size standard for NAICS Code 238220 which is $13 Million. This notice may represent the only official notice of such a solicitation.
