No reimbursement will be made by the Government for any costs associated with providing information in response to this synopsis or any follow up information requests. The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of interest, capabilities and qualifications of various members of 8(a), HUBZone, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Women Owned Small Business (WOSB), and Economically Disadvantaged Women Owned Small Business (EDWOSB) to compete and perform a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order. The type of solicitation to be issued will depend upon the responses to this sources sought synopsis.

The National Park Service, Joshua Tree National Park, located in Twentynine Palms, California, has a requirement for a professional contractor to supply and install equipment to upfit (4) GSA-leased law enforcement vehicles and downfit (4) vehicles being turned back into GSA. The vehicles to be upfitted are (2) Ford F-150 trucks and (2) Chevrolet Tahoes. Interested firms must be located within 250 miles of Joshua Tree National Park or be willing to travel to Joshua Tree National Park to perform the service.

The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code applicable to this sources sought is 811118 ¿ Other Automotive Mechanical and Electrical Repair and Maintenance. The Small Business Size Standard for this NAICS code is $8.0 million in average annual receipts.

Interested companies responding to this sources sought should include the following information:
