The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Augusta GA, VISN 7, contemplates negotiation of sole source procurement with Stanley Security Solutions, 1901 Montreal Rd, Tucker GA 30084. Stanley Security will install SEDA emergency door alarm devices in the psychiatric inpatient unit of the VA Medical Center as specified by the National Association of Psychiatric Health Systems (NAPHS). The period of performance for this procurement will be September 28, 2009 through December 23, 2009. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 238290 with a size standard of $14.0 mil. This Notice of Intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. However, the government will consider all proposals received within 3 days after publication of this synopsis.
