This is a synopsis for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. A written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ), F19650-02-T-0017. This procurement is a 100% small business set aside under NAIC 339920 with a 500 employee size standard. This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2001-06 dated 20 March 2002. The procurement is to provide all labor, material, equipment, tools, and transportation necessary to perform installation of bowling concourse seating. Work is located on Hanscom AFB, MA. Award will be made to the vendor quoting the lowest price who is able to perform all required work. All installation must be completed NLT 29 April 2002.
