The project includes the installation of a 12-inch diameter water main along N Ankeny Boulevard from approximately the north property line of Unity Point at 3625 N Ankeny Boulevard to NE 41st Street. Work includes approximately 540 LF of 12-inch diameter water main constructed by trenched and trenchless methods, and related work including water main connections, hydrants, erosion control, surface restoration, and miscellaneous associated work.
