This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format prescribed in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation for this requirement; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA4877-16-Q-0498 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses of those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-90, Defense Circular Number 20160830, and Air Force Acquisition Circular 2016-0603. This procurement is being issued as a small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System Code is 336999 with a size standard of 1000 Employees or less. The right to make multiple or no award is reserved in the event it is advantageous to the Government to do so. The contractor shall provide the following Contract Line Item Number (CLIN):

BRAND NAME OR EQUAL ITEMS WILL BE ACCEPTED. "Or Equal" proposals shall provide the same capabilities as the Brand Name version of each of the CLINS listed below. Proposals that can satisfy this requirement under a smaller CLIN structure will be deemed acceptable and shall be provided with a capabilities equivilant statement in written form. Capabilities equivilance statement shall list the below CLIN structure and explain how each capability is satisfied in the proposed "or equal" submission. All items must be deemed technically acceptable by the government. (Please see attachment for detailed description of the CLIN items listed below).
