The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to negotiate on a non-competitive basis with L3 Wescam, 649 North Service Road W, Burlington, Ontario, Canada, L7P 5B9 for the procurement of up to thirty-five (35) each MX-15HDi Camera Turrets, thirty-five (35) each MX-15Di Camera Turrets, and FSR support (up to 4 FSRs) as required for the Naval Air Systems Command 4.5x Special Surveillance Programs (SSP). The Government does not own current data, drawings, or other specifications to permit full and open competition.
